Checkin & Checkout
Check-in time is from 3:00pm-8:00pm. Special check-ins between 8:00pm-10:00pm can be arranged at an additional fee of R200. No check-ins can be arranged after 10:00pm. Check-out time is at 10:00 am. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. We kindly ask all guests to respect our check-out time to ensure a smooth transition for incoming guests.
House Rules
To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all our guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to our house rules during your stay with us. Please respect our quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, and avoid any excessive noise or disturbance that may disrupt other guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and all indoor areas.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to offer flexible cancellation policies to our guests. In the event of cancellation, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid any cancellation charges. For cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, a fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged. No-shows will also be charged the full amount of the reservation.
